Seeing Is Believing
I’ve been tracking the results on myfxbook. Below is a screenshot of it, and you’ll also find the link to the actual page on myfxbook. Nothing has been edited.

There are a few things that I would highlight below based on the screenshot from myfxbook.
1. The Strategy
I believe you would be able to identify two things looking at the statistics on myfxbook:
- This is Expert Advisor (EA) trading – based on the number of trades that took place.
- Strategy: Martingale – based on the lotsize increment,
“Stay away from martingale!”, most would say. “Martingale will blow your account!”, that too. Even though it has only been a month of trading with this Expert Advisor, I am excited to see how it will perform in September.
2. Drawdown
Yeaps, drawdown only hit 15%.
3. Won Lost Ratio
Almost a 70% Won positions, and 30% Lost positions. You don’t see this kind of figures much with an Expert Advisor and a strategy that uses Martingale.

- What account Type?
Raw Spread or Cent. - What leverage to choose?
It is recommended to go with 1:500. - How much money?
It really depends on the strategy you’re using and which pair you’re trading on, not to mention how many pairs are running concurrently. I would recommend $10,000 on a raw/standard account, or translated to $100 on a cent account. - –
